A bunch of new Aurora flashlights appeared on DX today using the Luminus SST-50 emitters.
Luminus SST-50 emitters are brighter than the SSC-P7 / Cree MC-E and have no donut hole.

Aurora SH-44 - http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.33619

Aurora SH-42 - http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.33616
Aurora SH-40 - http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.33615
They all use standard Aurora 18650 light bodies and all seem to use the same 5-mode drivers.
I don't expect 1000 lumens out of these but at worst, 500 lumens should be eaily possible.
btw, SH-44 and SH-40 have smooth reflectors. So it should theoretically throw a bit better.

Having tried to buy one, they have no stock of any of these. This is after cancelling another order for a large light that they never actually appeared to have any stock of either. Now trying to see if they have one of the ultrafire SST90 lights instead.
