Here's some new budget lights from the company Small Sun which appeared at DX few days ago. Smallsun ZY-C81 Cree Q3-WC 3-Mode (Black or Grey) This looks to me like a pretty decent budget RCR light for only $10. 3 modes. High-Low-Strobe. Tactical-like rear clickie. Just got an Aurora SH-032, a Trustfire F22, an Uniquefire S10 and an Aurora SH0030 single mode light. Links Aurora SH-032 Stainless Steel Cree Q3-WC 3-Mode 160-Lumen Memory LED Flashlight (1*18650) (Bottom Left) This has Cree R2 engraved on the head and seems rather brighter than a Q3. We are starting to see some budget flashlights using the brighter and more efficient Cree XP-G R bin emitters. First 2 that popped up at DX is the Uniquefire R5 flashlights. I've just received the Quark Mini 123 from 4sevens.com! Wow. it is small and light. Feels great in hand. Nice knurlings and a bit of indented body for more secure grip. Has a simple twisty activation and comes with Low-Med-High 3 mode by default. (does have hidden strobe/sos modes) It's very bright! Apparently up to around 190 lumens out the front. That's at least 220+ lumens at emitter imo. Comes in a gif...
