Here is a list of what's available at my site and who can do what currently:
Signing up as a member:
- You can view nearly all parts of my site without the need to register.
- Once you are registered, you can post new threads in all the forums except for News Blog & Notice board.
- You can also write comments in all the forums once registered.
Forum Basics:
- Search box up top right is also very good and searches the entire site.
- To add external photos to your posts, click on Extension Components - Add Images during composing.
Gold Member:
- Those who I feel are high contributing members are promoted to Gold member group.
- Allows you access to write new posts in News Blog board.
- Also gives you upload capability in forums. (Only for small files / photos)
- You can check your Assigned Group from the Myinfo section above.
List of Forums:
Blog
- Main news board in the form of a simple summarised blog
- Only admin/gold member of the site has access to write new articles in this board.
- Anyone can post comments to the articles. (Even if you don't login or have an account)
- The previlege of anonymous comments is only for this blog board.
Reviews
- A place where any registered member can post reviews of anything related to LED flashlights.
- I will try and transfer most if not all reviews that I have up on CPF website to here.
- Any new flashlight review will be posted here from now on.
Flashlight Forum
- Any registered member can post up tips / reviews / questions in this forum.
- Please feel free to post up anything related to LED flashlights in this forum.
General Forum
- For posting any questions related to my site or any non-flashlight stuff.
- Any registered member can post and write comments in this forum.
